17th Century Manor house and dependencies set in 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens offering panoramic views to the distant volcanic Cantal Mountains. A peaceful and tranquil setting whilst close to many places of local interest & sporting activities. The three gites are fully self-contained, each having its own covered terrace with gas barbeques, with heating and all modern appliances including UK TV, DVD players and free Wifi internet access. Features include stunning views from landscaped gardens with a 10 x 5m swimming pool and garden games; in separate building we have a games room, library and utility area. Las Costes is nestled in the rolling hills, 670 meters above sea level, to the north of the medieval town of Figeac. The property is part 17th century, constructed in local stone under a terracotta tile roof in the Quercy style set in two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. The manor house has been completely refurbished by its resident English owners to provide their accommodation together with two completely self contained two bedroomed holiday gites, named "Le Merle" & "Le Rossignol" and in the large formal and woodland garden in a separate building is a one bedroomed gite, named "La Grive". The 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, boules pitch, games room & utility room are shared by all.
